Tuesday's Dinner...

whenever some1 is coming over to our house for dinner/lunch,
my mum will cook more...
and ytd my man was here..as usual...
And here's our dinner~~

Pan fried soft bone fish + pan fried batong
All fried! Sin!

I really love soft bone fish alot, no matter it's plain or fried...

This is crispy at the outside...

Claypot..

Filled with veggies, yam, tofu, some roast pork~with the gluey gravy!

One whole pot of hot and sour soup~~

Theres shitake & enoki mushrooms + tofu + black fungus + ginger....
Put loads and loads of vinegar and it will taste very "SHOCKING"!



And we had snacks right after dinner while watching tv...!!

Jagabee is very small in quantity but super good!!
and Zhang Jun Ya Xiao Mei Mei...tastes like Mamee~~

We are greedy!
I supposed to be on a diet... Oops.. =X

early in the morning 7.30am...
i was thinking about what to blog today..

And suddenly my man came into the room and asked me to hurry!

My parent bought BreadT**k's earthquake cheese loaf from Msia Jusco...
Such a lovely yummy bread...
i love it u know??


And there are swirls with cheese in the bread...

We ate and ate..almost whole loaf was gone...only left with 2 slices..
and when my man wanna eat them,
guess what he saw in there?

So we suspected that the cute lizzie was brought back from Msia! =)
Because the bread was left in the plastic bag without sealing in the shop...
and when u buy the bread, they will seal it for u...
and i guess the lizard hid itself in the "tunnels" , the cheese swirls...
*PUKE BIG TIME*

HELLO...all of us ate it!!!
HAHAHAHAHA..i cannot stop thinking and my throat is super itchy now!!!!


and no wonder the lizard looks different to me....
Because they have different nationalities...!!!!

Happy Bird Day Daddy!

The years passed really fast!
And it's my daddy's bird day again...
everyone is getting older...

We had his bird day dinner in Paramount Restaurant 3 years consecutively...
& had something different this year....


He loves this humble restaurant...
as they serve really traditional teochew food...

& was on tv too...

which costs about $430 for 10 pax....

which makes it even better!
crunchiness in every bite...
but abit bloody~

although not as big as i expect...but i can say that it's super fresh....

60% Wholemeal Rosemary Garlic Bread

This box of rosemary had been sitting in my freezer for a long long time..
maybe 2 months!?
It turned abit black..and dry..i think it's time to use it....
So i decided to make a bread with it...

Spread rosemary, garlic, black pepper and shortening...

My ugly decoration...
just wanna make use of the rosemary stems...

The bread had a bitter taste...i think because of the "expired" rosemary~
And poor family who have to eat them...~~
one of the worst bread I've ever baked..HEHE
