Everyting is so so so delicious!
Except for the papaya salad...taste abit odd...

Lao gong is still having a cough...he couldn't take it after a few sips...
coughed non stop....SO ITS ALL MINE AFTER THAT!!!

The minced stir fried chicken with basil leaves is really good~!
But very oily~~

This is lao gong's green curry with beef...
He said that it's really " WHOAH"

I didnt eat it, cos I'm "Oh mi tuo fuo"

All the dishes go so well with steamed rice!!!!!!!

OK right?

But the only minus point is....
We need alot of water after the meal,
i tink it's bcos of all the MSG....!!!!!

We walked around whitesands after lunch...
& went to ntuc as usual...
A " must go " place for us...
We took bus 88 back to toa payoh...

Wholemeal Banana Cake!

This is the first time I've tried to bake a cake with wholemeal flour..!
& i used organic ones...although its only 50% of wholemeal flour,
but it's still abit healthier.
May wanna find other recipes which uses wholemeal flour for cakes!

I added flaxseeds & oats to it..
i omitted sugar, milk powder & substituted butter with canola oil...

Look quite fluffy...havent taste it...
I baked this to go with the Apple Baked Ham which grandma bought for us...
