YuMMy Brownie
What you will need:
112.5g Butter
225g Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
50g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
75g Cake Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1) Melt the butter
2) Add in sugar & mix
3) Beat in the eggs one after another
4) Mix in the Vanilla Essence
5) Sift in Cocoa Powder, Cake Flour & Baking Powder
Thick Chocolate-ty mixture
6) Add in Almonds and Chocolate Chips
7) Stir it well and send it into the preheated oven.
My cracked brownie =(My biggest mistake is to use silicone bakeware for this,
it fell apart when i tried to take it out for cooling.
It's really fudgy, the taste is superb! Resembles Mud Pie!This recipe is surely a keeper~~! My family loves it too..~~
