A Lovely Lunch On Saturday

A lovely saturday!
i gave my saturday students and myself 2 weeks break after their exams!
Wooohooo~~


And finally have sometime to whip up a meal for my family....

I had white button mushrooms, spinach, eggs and cheddar cheese....
So i decided to make some hot spinach salad...


Sauteed the garlic with some oil and add in mushrooms, cook till just nice....not too soft...
Mix the hot mushrooms with spinach and cheddar cheese...

Toss in the hard boiled egg & some fine sea salt...

Sprinkle some black pepper on top...
and good to go!
My family and I enjoyed it...


And i started making the crusty european bread at 9+am...

Bread is ready to go with Homemade mushroom soup!

No butter and cream....

The best enjoyment....



While we are munching onto the crusty bread...

I sent another bread into the oven....

I love it!!

Eat it with some Lurpak unsalted butter...
Here we are..having the "Cartel" feeling again!

I really hope to get my house and invite my friends over for
PARTY!!!!!!!

7th Month's Company Dinner

Every year, my man's company will hold a 7th month Dinner....
And I'm there for the 3rd year...eating free food...
His colleague can't make it, so i represented him..
HEHEHEHEHE....

It's held in their staff canteen..

He's the host of the year...
ERMmmm..in fact...every year!!!
and he's also the one to shout the bid...

it was not cooked...and they replaced a new one for us...

Alot right!? really worth it...
$48 per person...and have a pail of goodies + 5kg rice to bring back home...

An electric kettle...! Quite big one....
Just nice..we will need it for our new home...soon....

Breakfast Salad + Lunch Fried Rice

Finally...some of my students finished their exam this week!

I was super bz and stressed up!

But there's more to come...next month..another batch...

Hope all of them will do well! =)

And now i will have some time to cook or do my own stuffs..

Breakfast for today...

Baby Spinach with olive oil sardines + tomatoes....

I need to take breakfast nowadays to go with my antibiotics...

Haven't had salad for a long time...

so here it is...

The olive oil had a hint of lemony taste...

dicing a tomato...

Fresh Baby Spinach topped with these ingredients...
So refreshing and good!

The sardine is very yummy! for me only i guess...

others might find it really fishy!

I will take this for tmr and sunday's breakfast too!

Next up...my lunch...

Fried rice...

I used overnight rice...

With enoki mushrooms...loads of black pepper...

Shreded fried egg...bacon bits...shitake mushrooms...

I love chinese parsley!

I added alot more than shown in this picture...

so fragrant!

Anyway this fried rice has no added seasoning as the bacons are already abit salty...

not very healthy....

but YUMMY~~~~~~~~
