Happy Bird Day Daddy!

The years passed really fast!
And it's my daddy's bird day again...
everyone is getting older...

We had his bird day dinner in Paramount Restaurant 3 years consecutively...
& had something different this year....


He loves this humble restaurant...
as they serve really traditional teochew food...

& was on tv too...

We pre ordered the 8 course dinner...
which costs about $430 for 10 pax....

They have fish maw...pig's ligament...mushroom....scallops...and abalone~
so tender!

Not 100% cooked..
which makes it even better!
crunchiness in every bite...
but abit bloody~

Steamed teochew style promfret fish...
although not as big as i expect...but i can say that it's super fresh....
