Their chilli sauce is superb...kind of sweet..

Their signature dish...Lor mee...
The mee had a slight chewy bite...which is very good...but after cooling down, the soup is runny instead of gluey...
Xing Hua Bee Hoon...another of their signature dish...the bee hoon is thinner and softer than the regular ones we buy from stores...
taste wise...good~
but the prawns were not fresh...had a weird taste and too too soft...
红糟promfret...fish is fresh~veg crunchy...
Salt and pepper deep fried trotter...it was braised first, then deep fried...
They will give you gloves...HEHEHE....
really crispy skin...but all of them commented that it had a 'porkie taste'
and feel abit disgusting after eating it...
HAHA..so many complains...
Total bill was about $57...
we..may not go back to dine again...
but still..the tampines mall's high tea buffet is very attractive!!
