Korean Ricecake + Black & White Sesame Layered Kueh


Hi my dear readers! I'm back!
Last Sunday...we decided to have a simple dinner...
Korean ricecake with Baicai and hotdog..



I used the same hot pepper paste as the bibimbap..
so actually the paste comes into good use!
one tub is gona finish soon~~



And this is our dessert...
the black and white sesame layered kueh
got the recipe from the newspaper....
but the recipe is not so easy to read...it's rather subjective...
the consistency of the batter must be altered by mixing more water without any measurements...
so i was unsure whether this will succeed initially...
glad that it turned out quite well and fragrant...
anyone wants the recipe?
If yes, I got to translate =)

Hi Tricia! =) i will get it done next week...the taste is quite OK..some may like it..some may not..HAHAHAHA..but my hubby's colleague said that it's nice! but i dont really fancy it...

You can get ricecake from many korean minimarts...
i know theres one at parkway parade, novena sq 2, and tampines 1! where do u stay at?
