This is my standard weight loss meal..
sometimes for lunch or dinner...
My mum cooked this...
Yong tau foo with bee hoon soup!
I love to top it with lots of soya bean which is used to boil the soup!
I can't say that it's 100% healthy,
as there are alot of fish paste in there...
and there's still some oil which comes from the dao pok..
But it really works well for me...it's my best companion!
Still much better than stir fried and deep fried food.. right?
