So my ingredients for the yee fu noodles are King oyster mushroom and xiao bai cai...

I didn't use any oil....
but i feel that the noodles are already really oily....
mayb the noodles were fried b4 hand....

for the batang..yeah u got to slice it urself...and i usually use my scissors to cut, faster! hehe...

yeah its at the mushroom section...actually normally they have 2 brands there, but either one is ok..one is more expensive...which cost about 2.99 in a box, and they stated without pesticides...
another one just near to $2 and i tink they used pesticides..WAHAHAHAHA

Oh ya and actually u can use other mushrooms too!! like oysters mushroom, shitake, shimeji, enoki... =)
ohh okie! shimeji mushroom taste quite bland i realise....
i like those bah chor mee kind of mushroom. i dono where they get it from thou...
it's like dark, and a little slimy but yet nice!!! wonder what sauce they brew it in????

OHhh..the ba chor mee mushroom is that kind of dried chinese mushroom...very springy...dont know wat sauce they brew in..maybe all the dark sauces..WAHAHAHAHA...
