Rosemary Garlic Big Bread

It was after work @ 9.30pm

Chopped rosemary....

Garlic chopped by my man...

while i'm making my bread dough...

thanks for helping me even after a long day's work!

Mixed them with butter...

I used a scissors to cut the risen bread lengthwise...

as i do not have a razor sharp knife...

& filled it with the rosemary garlic mixture...



a 9 inches bread!

Sent it into the oven for 40 mins...

Ta dam!

The smell is heavenly!!

I can't stop snapping pictures & smelling it...

I was super sleepy, and didn't wait for it to cool completely...

because it was already 1am...

so i kept it in the airtight container and went to bed...

Next morning...

sliced the bread & reheat in the oven....

Crispy crust...

soft bread...

Crispy garlic & fragrant rosemary...

they match really well...
