After 1 week of trying...
I'm now 67+kg...from 69+kg 1 week ago...
I guessed I've flushed out most of the junk in my body
Will update 2 weeks later,
hope to be at least 66kg by then...and so on...
down and down~~~ =)
The flu bugs are still with me...
hope i will get well soon!
and start to get all my job done!

ermm..actually i think my 69+ is more to food inside my body..just eat less and flush most food out..
i never do anyting much~~ infact was not very discipline this round too..
anyway maybe you should take a break first and boost your metabolism..if not ur plateau will be hard to break..

Yap I try to take fruits for breakfast and lunch daily but it seem to go down real slow.

thats very little...
actually i feel that having a lighter dinner helps more than having a lighter lunch~~ =)
mainly lah. sometimes bread or soup but when 1st started I managed to go down a few kilos for 2 months but now very slow.
Dinner I had more : P cause this is the time I had meal with my husband and girl girl but I will share my portion with my girl. Not like last time die die mest take one full bowl of rice or noodles.
Anyway your sucess in weight losing make me have the heng xin to loose weight also. 4 months ago my weight nealry hit 76kg, my collegue from oversea thought I pregnant for 3 months. I faint.
