You can feel full eating fruits!

had some hiccups these few days in my life...
not too fine now either...
Haiz...woman have many problems....
Why is it like that?

Anyway...
This is a fruit platter for 2...
our dinner~

2 golden kiwis
a hand full of blueberries
2 nam shui pears
2 peaches
1 apple

Not too sweet and definitely no oil....
this is the best option for dinner!
If it's organic ones, i love it even more! =)

And who says eating fruits won't make you full??

Isn't it great to start your day with an oil free breakfast?

I definitely can't live without it...

It's my everyday breakfast...
somedays i will only eat a kiwi...
cos the berries are getting more expensive~!

More Fruit Salad!

This time round, we have other fruits at my in law's place...

Mango...golden kiwis...papaya...strawberries...

Dressed with Yoplait strawberry non fat yogurt...

Whoah!!
Amazingly...the mango goes so well with the sourish strawberries....
But the mango have high sugar content...
so maybe not the best choice for me...
nonetheless, it's extremely tasty!!

The dressing is non fat mango yogurt...

it's so refreshing!
can take this for dinner! GREAT!

A Light Dinner

After having a late and sinful lunch....
Our dinner for tonite is...

I'm hooked!
I can't stop buying this brand of yogurt!
And lao gong and me figured out that
we will have light dinners often when we live together in future~~
We feel happy!!

Kiwis kiwis!

Kiwi overdose..7 in total...

but the big one which i bought ytd..was as hard as rock!!

cant even eat..so i threw it away..sad...~~

& i cant live one day without kiwi..
seems lik ntuc dont sell kiwis anymore..
maybe not in the season...
I went to many ntucs and non have...
Argh!
& when i dont eat kiwi for that day, i will have foul mood!

When i first met this fruit...
I didnt know how to eat it.
i felt its so troublesome cos i got to eat the flesh slowly
then spit the seeds out...
SO MA FAN!!

And after eating my first passion,
Some 1 told me that i can eat the seeds too!
And subsequently, i had alot of fun aiming to bite and chew the seeds in my mouth!
