From 66.9kg
which was 2 weeks ago...
till
NOW!

Lost 2.1kg!
Not bad already....

69.5 - 64.8 = 4.7kg
lost in 5 week's time..

A break through for me!
I will keep it going still...

Took my blood pressure and glucose this morning...

The results are not too bad!
