60% Wholemeal Rosemary Garlic Bread


This box of rosemary had been sitting in my freezer for a long long time..
maybe 2 months!?
It turned abit black..and dry..i think it's time to use it....
So i decided to make a bread with it...

Spread rosemary, garlic, black pepper and shortening...

just wanna make use of the rosemary stems...






The bread had a bitter taste...i think because of the "expired" rosemary~
And poor family who have to eat them...~~
one of the worst bread I've ever baked..HEHE
