I wanna be slim!

For my dieting days...
This is my standard kind of lunch...


loads of veggies..mushrooms...fish....and 2-3 tbsp of rice....
for my last weight lose journey, i will eat one whole bowl of rice instead....
so there's improvement in my carbo intake!

After 3 days of good diet...
i can already see improvements in my weight....+ glucose...
Good job to myself!! HEHEHEHEHEHE
