50% Wholemeal Totally Cinnamony Rolls



I mixed 50% of wholemeal flour with 50% of bread flour

Some sugar..honey..yeast..salt..and lastly water...and butter for the bread dough


I brushed butter on to the flattened dough and sprinkled cinnamon + brown sugar


Then roll it up in swiss roll style...and cut them into pieces...

I love to look at the swirls~~


i think that it looks better b4 baking...


nice nice smell~~~~






It's considered quite soft for a 50% wholemeal bread!
