but tell u a secret..i find it quite ex..hehe..u wanna tahan till i find a house so i can experience and tell u which is good..WAHAHAHA
I used IKEA for my kitchen coz cheap and got 25 yrs warranty. So anytime there's defect just need to give a call and they will come and fix it. But their material is actually very low grade. since it has warranty for tat long, i can ignore it. hahahaha

actually i wanna find one which is steay cos can knead my dough on the working table..HAHAHA..

How much did u spend for ur reno last time?
i din do much reno besides tiling, painting and some furnitures. And i bought my own materials, only engage contractor to do for me. So save a lot. Hmmm, i think in total i spent about 20k from tiling till the whole house fittings.
is urs a standard flat or premium one?if standard flat 20k is very cheap already...
next time can recommend the contractor to me..HAHA
mine is a standard flat. So totally empty inside, only the bathroom is there. Well, it's cheap because i buy all the material myself and only pay the contractor the labour fee. The contractor are all malaysians. so cheaper labour fee. But the shortfall is I have to supervise their job. So if you want an easy one, engage an Interior designer and they do everything for you. No headache.
