HEllo tracy and linda!!! =)Ah...this is not very hard to make actually...very easy de!recipe here:500ml unsweetened soya bean milk (dont need to make your own, can buy from supermarket)5 eggs1/2 tsp chicken powder1/2 tsp saltprepare a rectangular or square tray, lay a piece of cling wrap, and make it stick all around the tray.mix everyting well together and strain into the tray...cover with cling wrap..steam on medium heat for 15 mins...DONE!!!!

i just mix the soba sauce with hot water then pour it over the fried tofu~~soba taste saltish..but abit sweet..HEHEHEHEHE...or u can even stew the tofu lik claypot style..with veggies..prawns..mushrooms...HAHA..
