It's really healthy! No oil used in this recipe.
This is all that you need. Very simple...

1) Whisk Eggs, Sugar and Ovalett till creamy and light in colour.
It should double in volume.

2) Sieve in flour and mix slowly till smooth.

3) Add in milk gradually while mixing at the same time.

4) Mix well and you will get this smooth batter.

5) Pour half of the batter into the tin, and bake at a preheated steaming wok for 10 mins.


6) Spread the kaya onto the 3/4 cooked cake.
The hardest part is to able to spread them evenly!
7) Pour the remaining batter in, and steam at high heat for 15mins.



It taste like "ji dan gao"...quite nice...old folks will like it! =) I gave it to my future in laws & neighbour..WAHAHA...
