Not Working = Cooking & Baking Day!

Whoah, I've been bz whole day long...Baking and Cooking!


Cinammon Bread with Walnut Fillings


I got the recipe from auntyyochana's website...
But i still prefer the recipe i got from an american website previously..

It's time to prepare dinner!!

Spicy Korean Rice Cake!

There's this shop in parkway parade seling Korean stuffs,
Boyf and i wanted to buy the sauce and rice cakes since a long time ago.
He finaly bought it ytd!

The Spicy Sauce~!



Need to boil the rice cake for 3 - 4 mins b4 stir frying.



Stir fry the white cabbage's harder stem part til softer, then add in carrots.


add in the leafy white cabbage


Next, the sauce!


Lastly, the boiled rice cakes.


Bring it to boil for just a few mins.
If I boil for too long, the cake wont be QQ and veggies wil be too soft.


Ready to eat!


Look at the red sauce, its sweet and spicy~~special!!
The rice cake is also chewy!!!!! =) Satisfied...

They are selling the sauce in NTUC now!
Everybody should get it! No joke!
Must Must Must TRY!!!


After steaming, you get the watery gravy, which really opens up ur appetite! i bet u can eat 3 bowls of rice with this gravy!!! I'm not exaggerating!


My stomach is burning now!
Everyting is so spicy!!
