Animal Abuse??!?!?!?!

I was at coronation shopping center along bukit timah road...

& suddenly saw this big black thingie...

When i walked forward...

Whoah a big doggie!
He was tied to the railing and can bearly/hardly even move...
i waited for the owner to come out of the shopping center....

in the end i saw a maid coming out from ntuc with lots of groceries.
So...she tied the dog there to buy groceries??
*sigh*

Here comes the part....

today i saw this~at my fren's place's void deck!!!

There's pen ink on the cutie's back!!!!
Argh!
i dont know which evil wicked disgusting psycho did that!!

Please show mercy to all these cute animals...
They should be loved by us!
