Home made Egg tofu~~
I made from scratch...with my own soya bean milk~~
Smooth like silk~~~~~
But i totally destroyed it while cutting it up!!!!
Had this for dinner~~
Top the tofu with seaweed and spring onion...
drizzle with jappy sauce..
YUM YUM!!!!
& after awhile,
i coated the tofu with some corn flour~~
And I deep fried it!
Super crispy skin!!
Smooth inside~~
wobbly wobbly doooo~~
Wah.....
i dont know how to describe it...
i can only say that it's a huge achievement for me!

Ah...this is not very hard to make actually...very easy de!
recipe here:
500ml unsweetened soya bean milk (dont need to make your own, can buy from supermarket)
5 eggs
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/2 tsp salt
prepare a rectangular or square tray, lay a piece of cling wrap, and make it stick all around the tray.
mix everyting well together and strain into the tray...
cover with cling wrap..steam on medium heat for 15 mins...
DONE!!!!

One more question, what is the sauce you pour over pan fried tofu?

the sauce is actually SOba sauce! WAHAHAHA..
Soba sauce just pour over the fried tofu or need to cook first?

i just mix the soba sauce with hot water then pour it over the fried tofu~~
soba taste saltish..but abit sweet..HEHEHEHEHE...
or u can even stew the tofu lik claypot style..with veggies..prawns..mushrooms...HAHA..
