Whoah my glucose level dropped drastically!!Lowest ever!
thanks to the yong tau foos & fish sliced bee hoon i had the past few days...
When it's too high, i'll start to worry...
& when it's too low..i will too!!

right after i saw the reading,
i felt giddy....HAHAHA..crazy me...
I'm gona update about my weight next on thurs...
I started from 69.5kg..
and let's see how much did i lose in a week's time~
