Homemade Hazelnut Spread

My man will also eat bread and go with jam, canola spread or kaya....
I wanted someting different and more "natural" for him...
So i made my own spread~

Honey + hazelnuts...
I should have blended the nuts first then toss in honey..

The consistency was too thick till my machine straight away died!
It was very hot...and smoke came out from the motor...
OH MY GOODNESS..it's kind of new leh! i seldom use it!


K..dont tink about the bad stuffs...

Yum Yum Yum!!
it tastes 98% like nutella! without added sugar, oil or preservatives...
and no cocoa....
Isn't it great!?!?!?!

Even better with home baked wholemeal bread!!
