Egg in a basket get on my nerves!

Woke up at 6am to prepare breakfast and lunch for lao gong!
Egg in a basket + cheese/garlic sausages+veggies

I'm really frustrated with the ëgg in a basket early in the morning!
Killed a few cells in me!! Argh!!
First i did it, the egg white flowed out..
i still baked it..
in the end theres only the egg yolk left in the "basket"
So...
i scooped up the yolk and threw it away~
beat a new egg and baked again!
And despite baking it for a long time,
the egg just wont cook! ARGHH!!!
The bottom part was super soggy~~
So sad for my lao gong, got to eat soggy bread...
Sorry for the long vent..HEhE..

Then I hand feed my lao gong these veggies,
& he looked exactly like a MOooooooooo Mooooooo...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
