Fresh from the Oven...
It started to shrink! cos i took it out of the oven too fast..
It's really like its name, very cottony,just like jap cheesecake~
but i tink abit too moist,
got to reduce egg white next time round...
Have no luck in baking/cooking today..
i sent this cake into the oven for 3 times!
then its cooked..!Argh!
Or maybe my oven have some problem..
