SUPER SOFT MILK LOAF!!

Heavenly Smell!!


My biggest challenge is to cut the bread with a blunt knife!!!


Wah look at the texture!!!
Super fluffy!!!


I tried my very best to take a picture of the texture...
But..the camera is too...bad...


In the end i gave up!
I used this small knife,
& its even sharper than the big one!!


Wah..
this is the best loaf i've ever baked!!
It's hard to achieve this kind of fluffiness kneading with hands!
No machine at all..
I'm SO PROUD SO PROUD SO PROUD!

And the best ting is...
it took me 8 hrs to make this bread!!
started at 2pm with all the preparation & kneading..
Then proofed for more than 5 hours!
Time consuming!
