Wholemeal Bread

The loaf that made me slept late ytd..
started to make at 3pm..
and finished everyting at 12+am..


The one not sliced is for lao gong =)

Tried umpteen times to capture the nice texture.

Although it toOk a long time to rise,
I tink it's worth it.
For everyone to taste my self made wholemeal bread!
I altered the recipe myself, & made it into a healthier 1.
No butter, just olive oil.
Less sugar..

And lastly...
I need a REAL CAMERA!!
