I spent alot of time to take out the flesh...

Nice fragrance...

Boiled together with the chilli paste, assam, belachan & the smashed fishes..

It's Penang LAKSA!!
Whoah~its so appetising till lao gong had 2 big bowls!
I only had one la..haha
Burning hot!
My mil is from she knows how to make these...
lao gong wanted to learn,
so we helped this time round.
