Day Number 1

BREAKFAST
@ 10.30am

Mesculin Salad mixed with a tsp of extra virgin oil...
+ a kiwi...


3/4 cup of almond milk with grind organic grind oats


& lastly, 1 Omega 3 soft gel...
for healthy heart!


The quantity looked really little rite?
But i can tell u that it's definitely filling!!
& oil less! Errmm..excluding the omega 3 oil la..HAHA..

LUNCH
@ 12.45pm


Stir Fried Veg without any seasoning...


Steamed whole fish...


Cabbage + some fish in assam sauce...


Half Bowl of rice...

Shared among 3 of us...
But i ate the most i guess..HEHE..

DINNER
@ 8pm

These are all the dishes we had...

Leek with pork...steamed fish...Hanzi leaves....corn soup....
I didnt eat any pork...


Small portion of glutinous rice + white rice..


Last...A cup of green tea to clear the oil...HAHAHA..
If it really can...
