Fruity Breakfast~

I've been have fruits and veggies, and some times just oat drink/soyabean drink
for my breakfast these 2 weeks...

& today's one...
SOUR SOUR Raspberry =S
A golden kiwi..


SOya Bean Milk with no sugar...

the quantity Looks little rite?
But I can tell u that I'm super bloated and full now!

I love oil less meals nowadays!! (excluding outside meals)
Feel more refreshed...

Tink i'll eat plain wholemeal bread for lunch...
My mother in law is going to the market
& she wants to buy roasted duck rice for me!!!
I told her NO NO NO NO NO NO..
& she kept asking am i sure...i dont want? HAHAHAHA
