We call it "Ni Gou Gou" Actually it's nian gao... Rice cake... I cooked a big wok for our brunch... Ingredients in there are prawns, mushrooms, white cabbage, marinated pork, cuttlefish... & the most important ting.. Rice cake! the texture is like the korean kind... NICE NICE!!
