I ate alot for today's dinner..super sinful! so i need to do someting to burn off all the calories! Decided to bake a Chiffon cake! its milo chiffon cake....from rei rei's blog again~~
While baking, i saw an erosion in the cake! exactly like soil erosion!
The cake shrunk abit.... I wanna buy a smaller chiffon cake pan!
Cut Cut Cut!
Texture of the cake...quite fluffy and moist...but still not that ideal...
Kept in an air tight container...Hope my family members will love it... the tings i baked are mostly thrown away 2 days later =( super sad....
Tmr i will bake the pandan chiffon cake and mixed herb wholemeal bread after work...
At nite i will be goin to Boyf's company...they are holding a 7th lunar month dinner...HOHO...EATING TIME AGAIN...GONE CASE GONE CASE GONE CASE....
OK..its now 11.10pm....i'm goin to do my slow walk on the spot now! Ciao!! ~~!!
