What you will need:
115g Butter
165g sugar
3 eggs
240g Cake Flour
150ml Fresh Milk
15g Baking Powder
15g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1) Cream butter and sugar together till pale in colour ( See the results below)
3) Add flour in then mix well, u'll get this kind of thick texture (See below)
5) Scoop about half of the batter into another bowl, stir in the cocoa powder
6) After mixing the cocoa batter well, pour it back to the main batter, and swirl it just abit. Do not over mix.
7) Spoon them into respective muffin cups. Not too full, as it may overflow while baking. MINE DID OVERFLOW...ARGH!
8) Decorate with choco chips, or any other creative stuffs

I love to look at it b4 it's being baked. Mine overflowed while baking so it had some uneven shapes.
