Lunch for a SICK person who is going on a diet

You'll get to eat this nutritious lunch! very sweet and tasty with just a pinch of salt.

I'm goin to weigh myself tmr and see whether i've lost any weight.
Actually few days ago, i cheated, i weighed myself..hehehehehehe...
but shall not reveal it..
Haven't been exercising for these few days.
Thats why i hate to be sick!
Please let me recover soon!
