My Plain Lunch...

WHOAH..a steamboat platter for 2??






NoNo...it's just for one pax!





Steam it on high heat without adding any seasoning for just a few mins





You'll get....






I can tell u that it's not disgusting, and does not taste weird at all.

Very sweet even without any seasonings!

This is one kind of my diet lunch.





Everyting's gone fast...~~I should have ate slowly, but...just too nice la..haha...

In the end, I even drank the "soup" till dry!! Cos i was tinking...hmmm..i steamed it...the nutrients should be in the "soup".

But some experts said, eating more than 5 servings of veggies per day can give u gall bladder in a long run...

How true is it?

I dont know.. *shrugs*
